Last Production

We can supply a range of last milling machines, suitable for last modelling, custom last makers and orthopaedic last makers.

There are four main machines:

  • Standard Last Turning
  • Last Turning with a digitizer
  • Last Turning for Orthopaedics
  • Last Turning with Dog and Heel dog removal

Standard last turning machine – OFM-1

The OFM-1 is a CNC controlled version of a standard half pair last turning Machine. The machine is networkable and includes CAM software with a simple and intuitive Interface.

Last turning with digitizer – OFM-D

The OFM–D is the same as the OFM1 but with an additional contact digitiser for digitising lasts. Digitized last output is in either .H2K or STL format and is compatible with Shoemaster 3D CAD products.

Last turning for Orthopaedics – OFM-0

The OFM–O is a last turning machine specifically designed for the orthopaedic market. It can cut boot lasts up to 200mm high and 500mm long. It has an angled cutting option for improving the definition of the toe and heel areas.

Last milling with automatic heel and toe dog removal

The SD1 is a CNC last turning machine. It differs from other last cutting devices in that the toe and heel areas are finished automatically – no manual intervention is required. The SD-1 is also capable of automatically aligning the last with the rough turned block.
