Our Advanced Pattern Assessment (APA) allows a total solution for the calculation of material consumption, with industry proven methods of simulating the results achieved on the factory floor.
APA allows for both synthetic and leather material assessment, removing the guesswork normally associated with material planning. It is also an excellent way of bringing cost control into effect at very early stages in shoe development.
APA takes the guesswork out of material stock control. Linking specific materials directly to the patterns and amounts cut, APA is set up to reflect your working methods. This eliminates the need for excess storage of material, reducing storage and WIP costs, and costs (long and short term) associated with late deliveries.
